Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the care home meets the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid NMC Pin and up-to-date knowledge of care standards and regulations.
