Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef and the culinary team in preparing fresh, home-cooked meals from scratch for our residents.
- Ensure the highest culinary standards by providing nutritious, well-balanced, and appealing meals in a clean and safe environment.
- Support the management of the catering budget.
- Maintain a hygienic and compliant kitchen workspace.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the catering service.
- Adhere to quality and safety regulations.
- Handle food orders efficiently.
- Participate in necessary training sessions.
- This position reports directly to the Head Chef.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A genuine passion for creating fresh, home-cooked meals to high standards.
- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well with others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferably hold an NVQ Level 2 in food hygiene.
