We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Specialist to join our dedicated team in Portsmouth. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing vehicle damage accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles damaged in accidents, utilizing industry-standard software (Audatex) to determine repair requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and timelines for repairs, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with insurance engineers, providing clear and concise documentation of damage assessments.
  • Maintain open communication with workshop technicians, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding repair progress, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator within a bodyshop environment.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Audatex software for damage assessment and cost estimation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, customers, and insurance representatives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
