Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of pharmacists to deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Provide healthcare advice and support to customers, and ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including stock management and inventory control.
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient care and customer experience.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
