About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Boohoo Group. As a key member of our Responsible Sourcing and Product Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough post-shipment inspections and targeted audits to verify product quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Document and record inspection results accurately and promptly, generating detailed reports for communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and sourcing teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, standards, and safety guidelines, ensuring that products adhere to relevant requirements.
  • Participate in training programs to improve inspection skills and stay current on quality control practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent observational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to product quality improvement.
