We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Housing Manager to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating a warm and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities- Professionally manage the over 55's independent living development, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Provide a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for residents, including regular checks on lighting and heating.
- Ensure compliance with Fire Safety Regulations and maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials.
- Oversee the work of regular staff visiting the development and contractors attending to carry out repairs.
- Aid the efficient operation of the fire defences and security system.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to solve problems with diplomacy, empathy, and patience.
- Proven ability to complete administrative tasks using relevant IT systems.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Annual salary of £15,345 (equivalent to £10.93 per hour; raising to £12 per hour from 1st April 2024)
