**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery, including robots, bailers, shredders, and conveyors.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
**Requirements:**
- Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based).
- Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, with a focus on reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Experience working with similar machinery, such as robots, bailers, shredders, and conveyors.
- Ability to work shifts, including days and nights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and speak English fluently.
