Job Summary

We are a friendly and supportive school that provides a stimulating learning environment for children from Pre-School to Year 4. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to work with our pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to plan and deliver individualized learning programs for our SEN pupils. You will provide support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with teachers to plan and deliver individualized learning programs for SEN pupils
  • Provide support and guidance to SEN pupils to help them reach their full potential
  • Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
