About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Problem Management Coordinator to join our team at Fynity, a globally expanding Fintech business based in Swindon. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in ITIL Service Operations, with a focus on Problem Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record all known errors in the Known Errors database
  • Prevent recurring incidents by determining the true root cause and driving corrective actions
  • Perform trend analysis within incident/alerting/trending data sources to prevent problems and eliminate recurring incidents proactively
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical needs using interviews, workshops, and modeling techniques
  • Consult with subject matter experts and project team members to identify and document potential business and technology solutions
  • Work independently on complex projects and collaborate with the team to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in ITIL Service Operations with a focus on Problem Management
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English
  • Data-driven approach and experience with BI tools, such as PowerBI or EazyBI
  • Knowledge of software development cycles, Jira/Jira Service Desk, and Excel
What We Offer
