This position is centered around driving business transformation and requires an individual who has successfully integrated a CRM system within an organization and managed the associated change processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Transformation Project Manager:
- Oversee the comprehensive CRM implementation process with a focus on business transformation.
- Foster relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on development solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Ensure rigorous testing of the CRM system, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- Manage the transition to updated versions of the ERP system, offering post-implementation support and addressing ongoing operational challenges.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, timelines, and budgets.
Key Experience for the Business Transformation Project Manager:
- Proven experience in managing CRM projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience/certification in recognized PM frameworks, such as Project Management Institute, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in relation to vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across all organizational levels, demonstrating flexibility in approach and communication style.
- Experience in leading business transformation initiatives.
