About the Role

As a key member of the Aspion People Team, the HR Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' functions. This dynamic and varied position requires a highly organized and responsive individual who can provide comprehensive support for all HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
  • People Support: Offer guidance and assistance on a range of People-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure our People processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HR systems and databases.
  • HR Query Handling: Handle and triage all incoming HR queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the utmost professionalism.
  • New Hire Support: Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction materials.
  • Employee Relations: Support the completion of paperwork, background checks, and documentation for new hires, as well as provide support in employee relations matters, including handling grievances.
Requirements
  • Previous HR Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Employee Relations and Recruitment: Strong experience in Employee relations and recruitment, with a solid understanding of HR practices and UK employment legislation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling HR-related data and documents.
Desirable Qualifications
  • HR Qualifications: A CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience or a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, preferably in a distribution or FMCG environment.
