We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Haematology Consultant to join our team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Haematology department, you will be responsible for providing clinical and laboratory Haematology services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the on-call Haematology service, including ward rounds and out-of-hours services.
- Contribute to the business planning of Haematology services in collaboration with other consultants and hospital management.
- Develop and implement clinical and laboratory Haematology services to improve patient outcomes.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Haematology Specialist Registration or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in treating patients in clinical trials.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
