Your expertise in healthcare science and education will enable you to design and implement innovative curricula that prepare students for successful careers in the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of employers and students.
  • Work closely with NHS partners to design and implement innovative curricula that prepare students for successful careers in the NHS.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Facilitate career development and progression opportunities for students within the healthcare sector.
Requirements
  • TAQA Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt to changing educational and industry landscapes.
  • Working knowledge of Government Funded Training Programmes.
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance Standards.
