About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Project Planner, you will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining construction programmes for a growing number of Mixed Tenure Housing and Partner Delivery Housing & Multi-Storey Schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction programmes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Offer support to Contract Managers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying resource requirements and ensuring effective allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting key performance indicators, targets, and agreed programmes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development, and Technical, to drive project success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project planning and management, with a strong background in construction programming.
- Extensive knowledge of specialist programming software, including Project and Asta.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive project teams to achieve programme delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
