Role: Inventory Management Specialist
Location: Rural area - driving required
Global CTS Recruitment is collaborating with a company situated in a rural location, seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to enhance their operational team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Management Specialist will embody a proactive and dependable approach, demonstrating flexibility and leadership within a dynamic operational setting.
This position is crucial for facilitating the team’s focus on delivering outstanding products through the maintenance and support of manufacturing processes and site operations.
The role encompasses both office responsibilities and a minor component of hands-on physical tasks to assist the team.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with a background in scheduling and stock management, complemented by strong IT skills. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to assist the broader team with physical tasks as needed.

Coordinate the manufacturing team to ensure seamless site operations, enhance productivity, and facilitate achievable scheduling.
Performance Management- Deliver results within agreed timelines, budgets, and commitments to optimize productivity and product quality while analyzing departmental performance to meet business objectives.
- Provide continuous coaching, support, training, and team development to address identified training needs.
- Uphold and enhance high-quality standards for products and equipment on-site.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or scheduling role, ideally within the warehousing or operations sector.
- Proven ability to establish and achieve performance targets in a results-driven environment.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- Valid UK driving license required.
