We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented senior software engineer to join our global and dynamic software engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering solutions as per the roadmap of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on strategic green field and brown field projects in Prime Brokerage and Business as Usual requests.
  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java, C#, SQL Server, Postgres, Angular, Spring, and Docker.
  • Propose improvements related to the development and support activity.
  • Troubleshoot production system support issues.
  • Software maintenance and upgrade.
  • Liaise with different teams to resolve dependencies and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience working in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and development, with experience in PostgreSQL.
  • Experience of working in Prime Brokerage, Equities, and Fixed Income products.
  • Knowledge and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities.
  • Unix shell scripting and messaging (Kafka, JMS, Solace) skills.
  • Gitlab source control, CI/CD, and DevOps experience.
  • Cloud technologies, deployment, and design experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Agile and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and determine various outcomes from different scenarios.
  • Attention to detail and strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
