We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our Family Support Team within the Safeguarding Outcomes Service at Bath and North East Somerset Council.
As a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children and families in need, working closely with our dynamic teams to deliver high-quality services and interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of children and families with complex needs, providing expert assessment, planning, and intervention to promote positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the service and partner agencies to ensure effective delivery of services and support to children and families.
- Develop and implement outcome-focused plans, working closely with families to build resilience and promote positive change.

- Relevant social work qualification and significant experience in safeguarding and child protection.
