About the Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new leads, as well as building and maintaining the sales pipeline for Places Development's mixed tenure developments. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate deals while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in property sales or a related field
  • Good understanding of the high-end market
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
