About Our Client

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

Job Description

As an Accounts Payable/Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality check domestic and foreign settlement runs for suppliers, employees, and partners to prevent duplicate or incorrect payments.

* Identify and communicate unapproved supplier credit notes to the Payments Team to prevent debit balances.

* Provide new starter training and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

* Previous experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliation environment, and foreign payments is desirable.

* Demonstrable awareness and ability to learn HMRC requirements in respect of VAT and payments within the UK banking system.

* May be working towards an accountancy degree.
