Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and Grow a Team: Provide guidance and support to a small team of lawyers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Manage a Realistic Case-Load: Handle a diverse range of property-related cases, from new build conveyance to complex disputes.
  • Confidence in New Build Conveyance: Demonstrate expertise in new build conveyance, including the preparation and review of contracts and the management of complex transactions.
