About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Consultant to lead our Data Engineering and Data Science team in the US office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-calibre commercial and technical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct internal projects and activities, including building and leading a team of data specialists.
  • Build strong relationships and influence with pivotal stakeholders across the data landscape in the US.
  • Lead market activation for Data Science and Data Engineering proposition and development of teams' project pipeline.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive data consulting experience within the USA, having led and created a specialist team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-calibre commercial and technical solutions for clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
