Key Responsibilities- Assist and work as part of the Limited/Traders department to ensure accurate and efficient work is carried out at all times.
- Prepare and submit accounts, VAT returns, and relevant documents, maintaining the highest standard and adhering to relevant legislation.
- Carry out work efficiently, ensuring client data, information, and records are secure at all times.
- Maintain and update computer records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take full responsibility for assigned work and tasks, planning, managing, and prioritizing workflow, budgets, and productivity to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure clear communication with line managers and team members on work being carried out.
- Assist in identifying ways to improve and develop departmental systems and the client experience.
- Deal with all communications in a timely manner, maintaining a high professional standard using David Allen brand guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Ensure studies are up to date and pass assessments at first attempt.
- Manage and meet the requirements of the apprenticeship standard within the relevant timescale.
