Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of audit and accounts preparation services to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide high-quality service.

  • Support the development of the team by providing training, feedback, and conducting appraisals.
  • Identify business opportunities and assist partners with value-added projects, such as business planning and advisory services.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for Companies House filings, group reporting, tax returns, and more.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification (Essential).
  • 4+ years post-qualification experience in an audit practice environment (Essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation, particularly in the Not-For-Profit sector.
  • Strong corporate tax knowledge and experience in managing audit teams.
