Payroll and Benefits Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our client's small but busy HR team in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Payroll queries and issues
  • Be responsible for the monthly payroll process
  • Liaise with the Finance department for any payroll queries
  • Deal with all aspects of Pension administration for all employees in the firm
  • Be the primary contact for company benefits, including all administration and research
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within an HR department in professional services, preferably legal
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll, Pensions, and Benefits administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Strong IT skills and advanced Excel knowledge
