Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our in-house electrical maintenance team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Preventative Maintenance (RPM) tasks on a large static site in the Fife area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and RPM tasks: Execute routine maintenance tasks as assigned through Maximo or other systems to ensure the site's electrical systems are functioning optimally.
  • Exercise initiative and judgment: Independently resolve non-routine problems and provide solutions to immediate work issues, taking ownership and delivering tasks to the best of your ability.
  • Plan and prioritize work: Effectively organize and prioritize allocated work to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Technical qualifications and experience: Hold a relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, and possess proven experience as an Electrician within building services.
  • Knowledge and skills: Possess strong knowledge of PPMs and SLAs, as well as excellent understanding of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance techniques.

Requirements:

  • Technical qualifications: Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge and skills: Strong knowledge of PPMs and SLAs, and excellent understanding of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance techniques.
