Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at Chemring Energetics UK Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will provide administrative support to our Business Development Department and contribute to the success of our global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team, including preparing and administering Contract Reviews, and supporting the wider business with administration and monitoring of contracts & agreements.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of import, export and compliance documentation, and support the Business Development team in the preparation of quotations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Work with Business Development to support in the arrangement of customer visits and exhibitions, and provide support in the collation of information and preparation of marketing literature.
  • Mail Distribution: Responsible for the distribution of mail, both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a general administrative role, preferably in a business operations or commercial environment.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, including MS Office, and the ability to learn other software. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Strong communication and numeracy skills.
