About the Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and drive sales on our ecommerce site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website management: Update and continuously optimise two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B).
- Identify and implement possibilities for SEO improvements.
- Campaign delivery: Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts, email, and website content.
- Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets.
- Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C online environment.
- Keen interest and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing tools/techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must, Shopify, Mailchimp, and/or Klayvio eCRM experience preferred.
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus.
