We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Sidmouth shop team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing volunteers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, charities, and stakeholders
  • Manage shop operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business growth

About You

We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sustainable fashion, and a strong understanding of what drives sales growth in a busy community-led shop. You will have a proven track record of managing volunteers, leading teams, and driving business results.
