We are seeking a skilled and confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at a first opinion small animal practice in the beautiful Lake District area of Cumbria.
About the Role- Full-time permanent position with a 1 in 4 out-of-hours rota and weekends
- Established and successful practice with excellent facilities and equipment
- Varied surgical and medical caseload with a high percentage of insured clients
- Opportunity for further study to certificate level, encouraged and funded
- CPD funding and RCVS fees paid
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Good experience in GP practice
- Confidence for sole charge consulting and routine operations
- Salary up to £65,000 per annum (subject to experience)
- Financial remuneration for OOH work
- Generous CPD and study support
- Paid holidays, workplace pension, and professional membership fees
