Senior Performance Analyst

We are working closely with a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Senior Performance Analyst on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. If you are a skilled analyst with experience in performance management, data analysis, and quality assurance, we encourage you to apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead performance reviews and improvement initiatives for projects within the Children and Families Division, providing intelligence and analysis to support service improvement.
- Draw on qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform service improvement activities and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Manage a performance and intelligence team to identify datasets that support Children and Families services, understanding patterns of need.
- Produce analytical products to support strategic planning and commissioning, including statistical reports and data-driven insights.
- Liaise with colleagues across the authority and partner organizations to share data and intelligence, supporting effective decision-making.
- Enhanced knowledge of the national and local context for Children's Services, including Education Services and SEND.
- Experience in performance management, analysis, data quality assurance, and operations in a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding frameworks.
