Job Overview

Our client, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor, is seeking a skilled Remedial Plumber to join their team. As a Remedial Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of water systems in various sector properties.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out plumbing tasks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Maintaining customer water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
  • Taking water samples from multiple sector properties and documenting these samples in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is highly desirable.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft packages.
