About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care to our service users throughout the night, supporting their bedtime routine and creating a calm environment for a peaceful night's sleep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with their personal care needs, including moving and handling, and carrying out clinical interventions.
  • Remain alert and responsive to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Provide reassurance and comfort as necessary, and respond to their care needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Desirable Skills
  • Epilepsy Care and Rescue Medication.
  • Seizure Management.
  • Oral suctioning.
  • Nebuliser Care.
  • Enteral Feeding.
Working Hours

We have a range of shifts available, including full-time and part-time days and nights. Please note that a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an advantage but is not required for this role.
