Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Office-based, with easy access to public transportation and free residential street parking available nearby.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide general administrative assistance to the Residential Property Department, including:

  • Opening new files and preparing client correspondence
  • Managing Anti-Money Laundering/ECOS/Client ID procedures
  • Coordinating exchange and completion processes, as well as post-completion tasks
  • Preparing invoices and managing fee earners' diaries
  • Liaising with clients to progress files
  • Drafting standard documents and ordering Land Registry documents
  • Processing funds requests and receipts
  • Electronic and physical file management, including preparing completed files for archive

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Numerate with experience of legal billing
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
