Compensation: £11.75 per hour.

Employment Type: Fixed Term
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on a fixed-term 6-month contract.
As a part of Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions, you will operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, either collaboratively with a team or independently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service standards.
Role Overview
In this position, you will manage multiple cleaning sites, covering various responsibilities such as mopping, restroom sanitation, wall washing, vacuuming, waste disposal, and thorough dusting. Your role will require you to maintain cleanliness and hygiene to a professional standard.
Familiarity with various cleaning tools is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided. This position involves physical demands and manual handling tasks.
Driving Requirements: A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points is essential due to the nature of the role and travel between locations. A company vehicle (van) will be supplied, along with fuel expenses for site transfers.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and supervisors while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
We seek a dependable, self-driven individual with a keen attention to detail. You should be capable of managing your own time effectively, as this role involves remote management.
