Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues through live chat and email support
  • Support clients with profit and loss, trades, positions, and risk reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and coordinate our Order Management System/Execution Management System platforms
  • Interact with clients and third-party partners to provide feedback on products and services
  • Provide input to product and engineering teams regarding technical issues
  • Collect customer needs and communicate suitable technical and non-technical remedies
  • Assist with customer onboarding and foster strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting financial trading systems and/or software
  • Knowledge of the full front-to-back trade processing cycle, including pre and post-trade
  • Interest in product and engineering
  • Keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Strong team player with the ability to function effectively under pressure
  • Previous internships or practical experience in a similar position highly desirable
  • Experience working on weekend support advantageous
  • Experience with other asset classes advantageous
  • SQL skills desirable
