The role has been created in response to significant business expansion and recent acquisitions, presenting remarkable opportunities for career growth in the future.


Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining the entire supply chain process to align with strategic objectives, ensuring a responsive and efficient supply chain.
- Working collaboratively with various teams, acting as a bridge between SIOP and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Conducting data collection and analysis to support the SIOP cycle, promoting stakeholder engagement, and advocating for the SIOP process.
- Developing datasets and reports related to Supply/Demand, Inventory, and Operational capacity to aid in informed decision-making.
- Organizing SIOP prework sessions and presenting data to facilitate discussions and actions.
- Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders to effectively communicate data insights.
- Assisting the SIOP Manager and preparing data for senior executive review meetings.


Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in planning or procurement with a solid understanding of SIOP in a manufacturing context.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Experience in Power BI report development and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for conveying data insights and delivering presentations.


Salary:
Up to £50,000

This position requires full-time on-site presence.
