Key Responsibilities- Develop and review care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Assist with personal and intimate care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with the use of aids and equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs
- Liaise with health professionals as needed to ensure the best possible care for our residents
- Support mental and physical activities, such as exercise classes and arts and crafts
- Maintain a high standard of personal environment and effects, including cleaning and laundry
- Monitor nutritional needs and assist with meal times
- Answer emergency calls and respond to any incidents or concerns
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the care team
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
- Respect for Christian worship and ability to facilitate service users' attendance at worship
