Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee task assignments efficiently.
  • Conduct welcome and confirmation communications through calls and emails.
  • Provide initial support for installation inquiries.
  • Ensure precise entry of order information across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers, business partners, resellers, and suppliers to address order-related inquiries and modifications.
  • Offer technical guidance to customers, business associates, resellers, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate the placement of various order types on Openreach and other supplier systems.
  • Coordinate job schedules and arrange for engineer appointments.
  • Address and resolve order rejections promptly.
  • Engage with customers, business partners, and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and provide consistent updates.
  • Initiate and resolve provisioning escalations and faults efficiently.
  • Verify that all accounts are properly established and billing is accurate.
  • Organize and execute all tasks to completion within designated timelines.
  • Adhere to established procedures and deliver exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving set KPIs, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive updates in all systems for each action and customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work and personal growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
