About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Smart Start Nursery School. As a SENCO qualified professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above qualification in child development, minimum 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator, and SENCO qualification or near completion. You should have a strong understanding of the EYFS and be able to reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
