Job Title: Media Production Editor - Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 9-5, with a hybrid working environment (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Media Production Editor to join our team on a 13-month maternity leave cover. As a Media Production Editor, you will be responsible for delivering branded content for our clients, including National Geographic Traveller (UK). You will work closely with writers, clients, and sales teams to ensure all materials meet the company's high standards and style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with print, digital, and potentially video content to deliver high-quality branded content for our clients.
  • Manage and commission projects, working closely with writers and team members to ensure all materials adhere to the project brief.
  • Collaborate with all departments, including sales, accounts, sub-editors, and production to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Commit to high standards across a broad range of print and online products.
  • Proficient in using Mac and InDesign, as well as MS Office.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level editor with project management experience.
  • Skilled in working across print and online formats.
  • Driven by producing excellent client-led content and campaigns.
  • Experience of working with writers, clients, and sales teams.
  • Ability to manage a project from start-up meeting to final reports.
