Senior Hygiene Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Hygiene Manager to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality are maintained across our sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective hygiene strategies. You will be responsible for leading our hygiene team and working closely with our operations and quality teams to ensure that our sites meet the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hygiene and quality and has a strong understanding of the importance of these standards in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective hygiene strategies to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality are maintained across our sites.
  • Lead our hygiene team and work closely with our operations and quality teams to ensure that our sites meet the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our sites are meeting the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our hygiene and quality processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective hygiene strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and working closely with operations and quality teams to ensure that sites meet the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of hygiene and quality in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
