About the Role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Director Water Scientist/Hydrologist to join our Water Environment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing technical expertise in hydrology and water science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to junior team members
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex water environment challenges
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver projects and meet business objectives
  • Contribute to business development and work-winning efforts
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (geography, physical sciences, engineering, etc.)
  • Proficiency in hydrological software and environmental modeling
  • Experience in technical project delivery, including bid preparation and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
