We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
- Contract Review and Order Management: Review and process new orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Collaboration with Engineering and Commercial Teams: Work closely with our Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure that sales orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
- ERP System Management: Input new orders into our ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Delivery Status Updates and Customer Communication: Manage delivery status updates and communicate with customers to ensure they are informed and satisfied.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Portal Management: Work with customers to update delivery commitments and ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with our Supply Chain team to ensure that any manufacturing order delays due to raw material shortages are discussed and recovered.
- OTIF Performance: Work to maximize On-Time in Full (OTIF) performance by ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to meet customer delivery expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
