- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records to ensure continuity of care.
- Qualifications: Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and rehabilitation, ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare settings.
