Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation and commissioning activities to achieve high productivity and efficient work practices, ensuring compliance with National Grid and SPEN policies and procedures.
  • Conduct pre-site surveys to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with clients and installers through online and on-site meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assess and manage safety hazards, ensuring all team members are aware of potential risks.
  • Control and maintain documents, including RAMS, ITP, STP, site work programs, and HSE, in accordance with UK standards and client specifications.
  • Set goals and objectives for the site team, driving projects to completion and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electric construction and transformer installation, service, and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Proficiency in maintaining documents and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
