About the Role:

The Wise Employment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their busy HR Team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, including:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Providing expert advice on HR matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify and address HR-related business issues
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conducting job evaluations and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing a caseload of HR-related issues and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Evaluating and improving the HR function to ensure it remains aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
