Job Summary

Ernest Hunter Green is seeking a highly skilled Digital Wallet Engagement Strategist to play a key role in driving consumer engagement for their mobile wallet app, one of their largest growth areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies for the mobile wallet proposition that drives daily and monthly active usage, as well as retention.
  • Oversee the full pan-European engagement plan across all markets, collaborating with marketing, partner, and product teams to drive EU-wide promotions, share insight on new features, and develop comprehensive engagement plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional activities, market expansion tactics, and user engagement strategies.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across European regions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving consumer engagement programs, resulting in significant increases in usage in the fintech, digital payments, or app-based services industry.
  • Deep understanding of user engagement strategies, promotional activities, and market expansion tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels and European regions.
