Transformation Project Manager Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Castlefield Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple priority programmes for a Housing Association based in the North-West & Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management of multiple programmes, including Customer Portal, CRM, Asset Management, Telephony, and Housing Solution
- Project Planning, Scoping, Reporting, Resources & Budget Management
- Management of internal & external stakeholders to clearly define project scope against timelines
- Leadership of an in-house delivery team of business analysts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Project Management methodologies such as Prince2
- Housing experience highly advantageous
- Expertise in business transformation projects with a focus on business & people change
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
About the Client:
The client is a Housing Association based in the North-West & Yorkshire, undergoing a long-term transformation across all key services & platforms. The successful candidate will have access to a generous public sector benefits package.
