About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct system and process audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality planning and control procedures.
  • Perform analyses, tests, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all testing and inspection processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with plant management to track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of QC operators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and regulations.
About You
  • You must have a quality or technical qualification or equivalent.
  • You will ideally have 3 years' previous experience in a similar role.
  • You must have knowledge of automotive industry norms such as ISO9001 & IATF16949 rules.
  • You must have knowledge of quality standards/methods such as FMEA, 8D, and PPAP.
  • You will ideally have knowledge of audit management VDA 6.3 rules.
  • You must have excellent English language skills and be computer literate.
