About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at our SEN School in Braintree. As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of lessons and creating inclusive learning environments for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
